SIZE is adjustable from 30 to 55 inches - FASTENER: Center release, Side Release, or Velcro that adjusts to any angle to make a shoulder Sash Band. COLOR reflects the same color day or night. MATERIAL reflects well in the rain and is easy to clean, because all seams are welded - not sewn. Ends are welded closed to keep water and dirt out.
