WARRANTY: We make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except that the goods sold hereunder shall be of merchandisable quality and in accordance with any specifications included herein and the customers assumes all risks and liability for results obtained by use of the goods covered hereby whether singly or in combination with other products, In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages. Reflect-A-Life will comply with “default” Government minimum warranties.

RETURNS: All goods are non-returnable except for defects in manufacturing. Claims must be made within 30-days of receipt of material. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Reflect-A-Life.com Terms of Use

Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement signed by Reflect-A-Life, Inc., these Terms of Use represent the entire understanding between you and REFLECT-A-LIFE Inc. and our affiliates (collectively, "Reflect-A-Life") regarding your use of www.Reflect-A-Life.com (the "Site") and your submission of any materials to us. Reflect-A-Life is providing you access to the Site subject to these Terms of Use and the Reflect-A-Life.com Privacy Policy. Reflect-A-Life accepts requests for funding and requests for information through the Site. Furthermore, we do not accept proposals concerning oil recovery companies, composite manufacturers or technology "concept" papers, or manufacturing representative agreements.

All requests, proposals, business plans, applications, ideas, suggestions, comments, feedback, and other materials disclosed, submitted, or offered to Reflect-A-Life, using the Site or otherwise, (collectively, "Submissions") are not confidential and will become and remain the property of Reflect-A-Life. Furthermore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary on the Site or otherwise, Reflect-A-Life reserves the right to reject any request for funding or request for information for any reason, or for no reason, in Reflect-A-Life’s sole discretion.

Applicable Law
Reflect-A-Life operates the Site from the Westin Hotel, Seattle, Washington, United States of America. The laws applicable to the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be the laws of the State of Washington without reference to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes
You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Site, and/or the services described therein shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts of King County, Seattle, Washington, USA, and you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
